Dayle Sauers – Founder + Lead Designer

After a successful career in organizational change consulting, Dayle felt a strong creative calling that resulted in the creation of Saffron and Olive Designs in 2012.  The vision evolved from the initial creative venture of custom and quality Tablescape designs and products to include interior design services and special event designs.

Dayle loves beautiful spaces, she enjoys mixing styles and genres but finds nature and vintage near and dear to her heart.  An avid gourmet cook, she is passionate about entertaining with style and flair.  She enjoys international travel, photography, her family and creating beautiful, meaningful spaces.

Stacey McManaman – Founder + Senior Designer

Stacey has always had a creative spirit pulling at her and so creating Saffron and Olive Designs served as a perfect artistic venue.

With a degree in Kinesiology and as a busy mom, Stacey understands the unique design requirements that young and active families demand.  Is it functional? Is it child-friendly? Will this design stand the test of time?   Stacey strives to ensure that each of Saffron and Olive customer’s personalities and feelings are reflected in each design. Drawn to balance and symmetry, she has a real interest in color combinations that suit the personality.

Stacey loves spending quality time with her husband, two beautiful children and new Yorkshire terrier “Pepper”.   She enjoys family events, international travel and creating designs that reflect the personalities of the people using them.
